In Top Green, every manufacturing process is critical. The first step is qualified raw materials to be used. Materials we used all come from CSC or trusted suppliers. After that, the selected materials will be tested by our technicians to check it’s qualified or not. From the beginning of the screw operation, the computer is used for quality control. Once the mold is cracked during the production process, computer will interfere and shut down the power compulsory. Not only that, the quality inspection personnel will conduct inspections in three shifts in the morning and three shifts in the afternoon to ensure the quality is priority. The washer is put into the vibrating plate, the screws are slipped and merged under another vibrating plate, and they are merged into the washer hole one by one, then entering the thread rolling machine. When the outside diameter of the rolled thread expands larger than the inner diameter of the washer, the washer would be stuck at the top of the screw. Once the customer doing construction, there is no need to purchase washer for assemble firstly to save more time and manpower. Before shipment, the quality department will take samples to test the speed of drilling (the thickness of the iron plate is according to the specification / the load is also in the specification). Once it does not meet the requirements, we will discuss with other colleagues internally to clarification the responsibility and solution immediately.
