Sewing Machine

The function is to prevent the screw from loosening or coming loose, mainly SET screws and SEMS screws.

SET screws are commonly used to secure equipment or parts, such as sewing machines, vehicles, machines, buildings, and other product manufacturing.

There are currently three common types of  SET screws: pointed tail, flat tail, and cup tail, which are used for different purposes.

SEMS screws have a self-locking function that allows the screws to automatically lock during installation. When the SEMS screw is locked and tightened with the nut, the spring washer under the screw head generates a reactive force, forming a self-locking effect.

The main application of SEMS screws is on equipment or parts that require high-precision installation, such as machine tools, drilling machines, and other precision equipment.

They can ensure that the screws can automatically lock during installation to avoid installation problems caused by loose or loose screws.
