When receive customers' complaint, collecting complete information and advising relevant sections to deal with.
Check "Record of Quailty" which made during production process. Inspecting rerained samples to understand the situatuin of customer's complaint, then reporting inspection result to general manager.
Discuss with related sections for improving the quality and offering reasonable compensation.
Reporting our resolution to customer and getting customer's approval.
Asking related section to improve quality and executing granted compensation.
